Our Leadership

By combining world class technology and innovation with compassionate, expert virtual acute medical care, it is our mission to drive patients to the right care, at the right place, at the right time.

Our Story

Born out of decades of working in the ER, we knew that acute care was broken. Between the nearly 80% of patients that did not need to be in an ER or Urgent Care and the fact that we were unable to follow up with patients and their acute problems, we were left with no other choice but to create a better solution. From our humble roots in Troy NY, we have grown to caring for millions of patients across the globe.
